When you enter your property into our Program we will take care of the full marketing, buyer placement and ongoing servicing. The enrollment fee is $50 per house for up to 4 homes and $30 per house for 5 entries and up. This fee will be refunded as soon as we place a tenant/buyer.

For rental homes we charge a $500 referral fee as soon as we place a tenant. For the Rent to Own Program we charge a commission at closing when the tenant/buyer purchases the home. This commission is usually included in the sales price.

Program entries may be withdrawn prior to buyer placement so there is nothing to lose AND you are welcome to co-market so you are assured every opportunity to succeed in selling.
